At Artwork by Rouch we take great care to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. Each artwork is meticulously inspected for any faults or imperfections prior to dispatching. Every piece of artwork we supply is individually wrapped and placed in a heavy duty cardboard package. Ordering Artwork by Rouch respects your privacy and will not disclose or pass on your email address, or any other information contained within it to any other parties and alike. Please be assured you may order with confidence from Artwork by Rouch knowing that your information is secure. Delivery Artwork by Rouch will endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and contact you when you should be receiving it. Our Returns Policy In the unlikely event if you are not completely satisfied with goods that you received, you have the right to return your order within seven days of receipt of goods providing that the artwork is received in perfect condition and suitable for resale, return postage, packaging and insurance is paid by you, the goods are returned in their original packaging. Artwork by Rouch will be happy to refund you the full cost of the goods returned. If for any reason you receive the goods damaged. Please remember to sign for the item as damaged on receipt Faulty or Damaged Goods If you are returning the item(s) due to an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. You can always return items if they are received defective in manufacture but please note that we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective in manufacture. To return an item, please enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return, pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the Artwork by Rouch, 16415 S Sycamore Ridge Trail, Vail, AZ 85641. In the case of a defective or damaged product, please provide a full description of the fault or damage and return the item in its original packaging if possible. Please include all Certificates of Authenticity, and any other accessories. |
